This class focuses on full body strength, heavy and slow, a good way to get back to the grind!

6:30 AM - 7:15 AM

8:00 AM - 8:45 AM

Strength - Lower Body
Heavy focus on leg and glute strength, this class is sets and reps based so you can go at your own pace!

Metabolic Conditioning
This class is designed to get
your heart rate up and push you to your limits, it's torture but we do it together!

Thirsty Thursday

Strength - Upper Body
This class focuses on your back, chest, shoulders and arms and is sets and reps based so you can go at your own pace!

Shakedown Saturday

Strength & Conditioning
Timed full body strength; a nasty combination of lifting heavy weights and challenging cardio, the perfect way to start your weekend!
